All of our orders have been inspected by "Esti NAY" prior to shipping.

All items are shipped from the Merced Area.

Because the nature of the products "Esti NAY" distributes all sales are deemed final and nonrefundable.

Per federal law, the return of unhygienic (USED) eyelashes are prohibited, no refunds or exchanges can be performed, unless we are at FAULT.

No Return, No Refunds on ALL merchandise including but not limited to clothes, shoes, hygiene products, hair, E-BOOKS, EDUCATIONAL MATERIAL and ALL make up supplies.

If a refund is issued, refunds can take 5 - 10 business days to appear back on your original form of tender ONLY IF WE ARE AT FAULT.

If your billing address differs from the shipping address, we will request a photocopy of your ID with the matching billing address to verify your order.

Order processing can take up to 3 days which we generally try to avoid.
