REFUNDS / EXCHANGES

 

  • All ORDERS are a FINAL sale after purchase!

  • We maintain strict standards for quality assurance.

  • All of our orders have been inspected by "Esti NAY" prior to shipping.

  • All items are shipped from the Merced Area.

  • Because the nature of the products "Esti NAY" distributes all sales are deemed final and nonrefundable.

  • Per federal law, the return of unhygienic (USED) eyelashes are prohibited, no refunds or exchanges can be performed, unless we are at FAULT.

  • No Return, No Refunds on ALL merchandise including but not limited to clothes, shoes, hygiene products, hair, E-BOOKS, EDUCATIONAL MATERIAL and ALL make up supplies. 

  • If a refund is issued, refunds can take 5 - 10 business days to appear back on your original form of tender ONLY IF WE ARE AT FAULT.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

  • "Esti NAY" IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES! Please be mindful when ordering! If an order is lost or stolen, please contact usps.com or contact@estinay.com 

  • If your billing address differs from the shipping address, we will request a photocopy of your ID with the matching billing address to verify your order. 

  • Order processing can take up to 3 days which we generally try to avoid.

  • Please allow 48 to 72 hours after processing to receive a tracking number.

  • All "Esti Nay" products ship via USPS. Track your order via www.usps.com
